When you have inflammatory bowel disease IBD , it effects your whole body. It make it difficult to work or sleep. I can take anti-inflammatory meds , but that comes with it own complications, and makes your gut worse in the long run. As a RN I know I don’t want to depend on them. I have tried other CBDs with not much luck. Beezy Bee’s for some reason has the right key to my problems. I am on the road as a disaster Nurse a lot, so diet and sleep is very hard for me. Beezy Bee’s oil taken about an hour before bedtime helps me calm down. To stop that constant check list that is going through my head every night. I can calm myself down enough to fall asleep and stay asleep. For those that don’t like a heavy bold flavor, the Strawberry is just right . It’s light in flavor, but don’t under estimate its power.
