Welcome to another Beezy Beez FAQ video. And in this video we'd like to answer a question that comes up quite often. What is the best strength for me? How do I select the best strength that would be, give me the best possible results. And that's an excellent question...
I think the best way to approach this is as follows. Basically the more severe your situation is, the higher the strength that you should consider. But if you're not sure where to begin, then we recommend doing the following.
You would start with Full Strength, which is the 500 milligrams per container. And in the case of honey, it's 14 milligrams per serving, the serving being a teaspoon. And in the case of oil, it's 17 milligrams per serving and the serving being the full dropper. So in both cases you have 500 milligrams of the hemp extract or botanical extract per container, and you would essentially take one serving size.
For example, in the case of honey, if you're trying to do it before bedtime, we recommend doing it, taking a teaspoon of honey approximately one to two hours before bedtime. And seeing the results the next morning. If the one teaspoon which is equivalent to 14 milligrams per serving and the honey did not do anything for you, then we recommend trying two teaspoons the next night.
The reason being is because every strength from full strength to extra strength to maximum strength basically different between each other in the how much a botanical extract is inside the container and they all have the difference of 500 milligrams between them, meaning the full strength as 500 milligrams inside its container.
That extra strength is a thousand milligrams per container which is about 500 more than their full strength and the maximum strength is 1500 milligrams per container, basically 500 more than the previous one which was at a thousand so because there are different by the exact amount.
When you take two teaspoons of honey the next night for example, it's really the equivalent of the extra strength which w if you know that works for you next time you are easily able to choose extra strength and take one teaspoon because you know that two teaspoons of false trend worked the last time and it would be the same for the maximum strip.
For instance, the first two nights didn't really do it for you. You would go up to three teaspoons of honey, one to two hours before bedtime and let's say that actually brings you the benefits and the results that you're looking for. In that case, you know that next time you purchase, you would look for the maximum strength, which is going to give you one teaspoon of serving when you actually use it. Because once he spoon of maximum strength is equivalent to three teaspoons of full strength.
I hope it wasn't too confusing while I was jumping between these numbers and these strengths, but that is the easiest and best way that we found with our customers that allows them to find the perfect strength and the perfect serving size, so that next time they know exactly what to select for themselves.
Hopefully that made more sense to you and didn't make you more confused about it. If you happen to miss something, simply rewind and then watch it again.
