Hello and welcome to another Beezy Bee FAQ video. And in this video I'd like to answer a question which comes up quite often, it's a very good question. What time of the day is best to consume which of these products?
We have the oil here. We have a honey and we have a balm. Which can't stand on it's own so I'll just put it here. But how do you take it? What's the part of the day that's best for any of these products?
And it's a great question, and I'd like to start answering it with one underlying premise. The purpose of any of these products is singularly to deliver hemp extract in through your body, through your system basically. What that means is they're all the same in that regard, there goal is to deliver the hemp into your system. Or the hemp extract oil through your system. Now this is the hemp extract infused oil.
This is hemp extract infused raw honey, that we harvest from our own local bee farms. And this is hemp extract infused balm. So the difference between them is not so much what part of the day is best to take them because in that way they're all the same. It's really up to you. They're all versatile, and they're all natural.
All the ingredients are all natural there. And it's really up to you, we leave that choice up to you, when to best consume which of these products. However I can share a few insights about how our customers have been doing it and why they lean towards one or the other product and which part of the day if you will, right?
So the oil for instance is typically used during the day because it's just easier to take with you. To have it in your purse, in your car, in your pocket. It's a little bit easier on the go. And because of that our customers lean towards this product for the day. So it's just easier to take the dropper, put the liquid in your mouth or under your tongue. Hold it there for 30 to 60 seconds and then swallow.
The honey is typically used approximately one to two hours before bedtime. Because it seems to be doing wonders for our customers for that part of the day. And it's also a little bit less easier on the go because you kind of need a spoon, you have a whole jar with you. So it's less it's a little more bulky, right. So that's why it's typically used at home, and again for the most part about one to two hours before bed. And obviously those are not restrictive in any way shape or form. You are more than welcome to use any of these products any part of the day, but that's typically how it's used.
Now the balm is, because it's a topical, it's applied to a point of your body where you'd like to get some benefits. It's really dependent on when and where you want to apply this product in terms of because you have something going on physically that you'd like to basically affect through your skin by rubbing this balm on your body wherever that may be. So they're not really related to the part of the day or the time of the day, that's kind of up to you.
However the insights as to how people have been using them are more towards about how easy it is to kind of have it with you. When it's easier to open up a jar of honey for example, in the morning with your breakfast and have a spoon with that, or in the one to two hours before bedtime as I mentioned versus carrying it around with you as easily as the oil would be. And of course the balm can always be with you. And because it's literally it's not necessarily what time it's where on your body that you'd like to apply this.
So hopefully that gives you a little bit of an insight and answers that question and maybe allows you to look at this in a little bit of a different way because all of these are designed, like I mentioned in the beginning, to do one thing, which is to deliver the hemp extract into your body, into your system and give you the benefits that you're looking for.
All right thank you very much for your attention and I'll see you in the next video.
