At Beezy Beez we harvest our own natural honey from the network of over 200 Bee Farms across NY/NJ area. Each harvest is unique and natural and as a small company we keep things as fresh as possible.
Our orders are usually processed for 48-72 business hours prior to being shipped out and then about 3-5 days to be delivered to you, depending on where you are in the country.
Once it is shipped you, you'll receive a tracking number, allowing you to track your package online.

No questions asked, means no questions asked.
If you want to return your product within 365 days we will take it back. The following are acceptable reasons for a return:
Refunds:
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. All returned item refunds are processed by issuing a refund back to your original source of payment. It takes about 5-7 days for the funds to come back to your. The amount refunded, will be the amount of your order, less any shipping fees.
Because we offer Free Exchanges & 365-day returns, regardless if you've opened or even consumed the product in full, the shipping fee is not refunded as part of the return.
Partial Returns:
Please note, if you returned less than a full order (ex: you decided to keep one of the 2 of the 5 items you purchased), we will only be able to refund 50% of your order.
Pre-Loaded Card Refunds:
If you are processing a refund for a Pre-Loaded Card, please note, the additional bonus funds will be void and only the funds you spent to acquire this Pre-Loaded Card, minus any funds already spent will be refunded back to your original source of payment.
Auto Ship Program / Subscription Returns
All returns for items that are part of the auto ship programs, can be processed for the last month of the program only.Â
Auto Ship Program / Subscription Cancellation Policy:
This is a month to month program with no contracts. You can cancel any time! However, due to such deep discounts offered with this auto ship program, some people take advantage of these discounts and jump on and off this program every 1-2 months.Â
To prevent such activities, we've added an amendment: if your decide to cancel in your first 90 days, your last months charges will be processed at retail price for each jar. If you are canceling after 90 days of subscribing to the Beezy Beez Auto Ship program, we'll simply process your cancellation without any additional charges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please let us know by email (help@beezybeezhoney.net) and we'll check on the check that was issued to you, to confirm that it hasn't been processed and re-issue you a new one.Â
ExchangesÂ
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@beezybeezhoney.netÂ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $109, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.Â
