Honey Banana Smoothie
Bananas, vanilla ice cream, honey and milk make for one creamy concoction! Top with some of our low sugar homemade granola to add a little texture to your smoothie.

1 teaspoon Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
2 mashed bananas
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups milk
1 cup Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
Optional topping Low Sugar Homemade Granola
1. Peel and mash up 2 bananas and cut into medium pieces.
2. Put into a blender.
3. Add sugar, honey, 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.
4. Mix on low for about 2 minutes until well blended.
5. Serve in tall glass and top with low sugar homemade granola, if desired.
