What is the most effective way to use this Honey?

Many of our customers start off with using 1/2 teaspoon or 1 teaspoon about 45 min - 1 hour before getting ready for bed to help with their sleep and insomnia issues. However, quite a few of our customers use it during the day as well to alleviate their stress and anxiety issues.

If you feel that after using 1/2-1 teaspoon it did not do much for you after the first few nights, we suggest increasing your dosage by 1/2 teaspoon until you find that perfect dosage and that will usually make a big difference for most customers.
