I suffered from server anxiety been on medication for years, this product works great, I put it in my breakfast shake at 5 am by the time I leave for work at 6:3p am I am completely calm like I never experienced before. My whole day has completely changed. everything is calm. I take my second shake with the honey in it at 7 pm and by 9 pm I am asleep. my sleep has improved. dramatically, love the product. will be a lifetime subscriber.

I have only tried the caramel so far. It has had a noticeable affect on making me drowsy before I go to bed. I have insomnia and sleep apnea and have tried 8 to 9 different meds to help me sleep, so far not much success with the med's. I do feel your product is helping my sleep. Thanks Tony.

I've had insomnia since turning 40. am now 75. have tried sleeping pills melatonin,etc .the caramel honey has a wonderful flavor, & smooth consistency. I use about 1 1/2 tsp & it takes 1 1/2-2 hrs to work.i sleep more relaxed & wake less often. Thot I would try the larger dose.
