The taste is good with a little bit of a hempy after taste but overall pleasant. More so I like that I am able to get into a deeper more restful sleep when taking the gummies. I also like the convenience of the gummy form, no guessing how much to use. I use a Fitbit Versa watch, to I monitor my sleep in addition to health and fitness goals. I am able to see my heartrate, O2 levels, sleep cycles, periods of restlessness, wakefulness, deep sleep, REM sleep, light sleep, compared to when I am not using the gummies to now when I am it has improved.
